1.Product introduction

Medium and low calorific value gas burner refers to a gas fuel with a low calorific value of 650kcal/Nm3~5000kcal/Nm3^, including calorific gas, coke oven gas, producer gas (water gas), artificial biomass gas production and chemical tail gas. On the basis of dynamic diffusion combustion technology, special rapid mixing technology is adopted according to different calorific value to make fuel and air mix efficiently. Digital control technology such as electronic air-fuel proportional regulation is used to make fuel burn efficiently and stably. The products are widely used in industrial boilers, industrial kilns, desulfurization and denitrification flue direct combustion furnace and other heating furnaces.

2.Technical characteristics

• Wide fuel adaptability, can adapt to the heat value of 650kcal/Nm3~5000kcal/Nm3 flammable gas.
• Separate structure is adopted, and the burner, fuel supply system, combustion air system and control system are connected in a certain way.
• The combustion head structure is specially designed according to different heat values of gas, so that gas and air mix quickly and evenly.

• Equipped with electronic proportional modulation system, can realize the full load air-fuel ratio matching reasonable.
• The control program is equipped with multiple safety protection such as pre-furnace and post-furnace air output, fuel pressure and burning monitoring.
• The PLC control system can communicate with the central control PC and accept the instructions of the PC. The gas valve group is equipped with automatic detection and protection of gas valve leakage.
• Gas valve group can choose solenoid valve or pneumatic valve two configurations, and the whole skid assembly factory.
